Put this .030 ER70S-6 through a few small fabrication jobs and it performed consistently. Wire feeds clean without hesitation, and the arc stays steady once dialed in.
The puddle is easy to manage and wets out nicely, which helps keep the bead uniform. It also handles light mill scale and surface contamination better than basic wire.
For everyday mild steel work, it’s a dependable option that just gets the job done.
Very solid ER70S-6 wire. The arc is smooth and stable, and feeding is consistent throughout the spool. The higher deoxidizer content really helps when working on steel that isn’t perfectly clean.
For the price, performance is comparable to more expensive brands. Orders are also processed quickly, which makes the overall experience better. Would definitely purchase again.
